Tracy is an oncology physiotherapist and lymphedema therapist on the Lymphedema Service at the Pasqua Hospital. After working to establish support for women diagnosed with breast cancer through The Pink Earth Angels and Saskatchewan Breast Cancer Connect, Tracy helped establish the Inpower Breast Cancer Support Group in 2013 with the founding committee of breast cancer survivors. Her main focus is helping to build education, legacy and rehabilitation/fitness programs and serves as the co-chair.
Professionally, Tracy currently works at the Pasqua Hospital as a therapist on the Lymphedema Service. Tracy has worked with the Allan Blair Cancer Centre in the Transitions To Wellness sessions and regularly lectures on cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema to patients, health care professionals and community groups. She served as a board committee member of the Lymphedema Association of Saskatchewan Inc. and the Canadian Lymphedema Framework. She participated as a service expert on the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health Lymphedema Working Group and Lymphedema Implementation Group, and in the development of The Your Journey Breast Cancer Education Binder and the 811 HealthLine Lymphedema Screening Project for breast cancer. Tracy is dedicated to supporting and advocating for cancer and lymphedema patients and increasing awareness and access to rehabilitation services.
